Stephen Rosner is the college financial officer in the College of Education & Human Development and plays a pivotal role in overseeing the college’s financial operations. In addition to managing financial operations, Rosner serves as a liaison between departments within the college, providing guidance and support on financial matters. His role involves training and supervising staff to ensure efficient processing and handling of financial issues within the college.
