Jiaojiao Chen

Jiaojiao Chen joined Georgia State in June 2024. Prior to this, she worked at Florida State University as a Grants Associate for 15 months, gaining extensive experience in key areas. She is adept at running drill-down reports for all projects and internal grants, preparing monthly expenditure review documents and managing paperwork related to grant-related travel, including travel authorizations, expense statements and reimbursements. Additionally, she handles the creation and processing of purchase orders, requisitions, cost receipts and invoicing. She also manages Service Provider Classification Worksheet (SPCW) forms and contracts, adds new vendors and routes documents through the workflow to various offices.
