Jeriann Jones serves as an academic advisor II for the College of Education & Human Development’s Office of Academic Assistance. She has experience working with students at all stages of their academic careers. Jones began her journey in higher education at the University of Georgia as a study abroad advisor after studying abroad in South Korea during her undergraduate program. She then transitioned to Georgia State University as a college advisor within Atlanta Public Schools, then an academic advisor in the University Advisement Center, and now looks forward to working with seniors. She believes in meeting students where they are, supporting their dreams and empowering them to own their path to a degree.
