- Biography
David Ferrer is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in exercise science (2010 and 2012) and a doctorate in kinesiology (2018) at Georgia State University.
Following graduation, he was an assistant professor at Plymouth State University. During his time at Plymouth State, he mentored student projects that ranged from the effects of cannabidiol (CBD) oil on performance to the effect of reflexive performance reset (RPR) on lower body power.
He presented at regional and state conferences for NEACSM, VT/NH NSCA, NHAHPERD, and Health, Safety & Performance Summit for the America East conference.
Ferrer interned and worked in cardiac rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and was a head coach at a fitness facility.
He has a passion for human performance, developing coaches for strength and conditioning and sports nutrition.
