Chelsea Gammage is an administrative assistant in the Department of Middle and Secondary Education. She is a front desk receptionist and welcomes visitors to the department, directs student inquiries, processes Livetext, creates budget spreadsheets and textbook adoptions and does data entry for supplies and travel, among other responsibilities.
Gammage completed high school in Plant City Florida and then attended the Travis Vocational Technical Institute where she studied cosmetology. Over the years, she has worn many hats and worked as a change distributor for Code’s Department Store, was a crew member at Belford Disaster Relief Company and an event specialist for Elaborate Events. In 2007, she moved to Georgia and took a role as an upholstery technician for Rooms to Go.
In 2014, Gammage landed at the College of Education & Human Development.
She describes herself as a “people person” and loves reading, jewelry tinkering, fashion figurines and people watching.
