- Biography
Carina De Fazio earned her Ph.D. in 2016 and is currently a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Learning Sciences. Her academic focus and teaching experience is with students who have multiple and severe disabilities with a focus on students with autism spectrum disorders. Her research interests include behavioral strategies for students with multiple and severe disabilities and ASD, and positive behavior intervention and supports that work in natural settings. She has conducted research in public schools and alternative settings with students who have a range of disabilities.
