Use reminders to help you remember your goal and your workouts. Write your goal on Post-it notes and place them around your office, desk, car, or house.
Take some time to review your activity log in MapMyFitness and your program goal. How are you doing? This is a time to review your activity log.
Make substitutions or alternatives for physical activity. Here are some examples of things you can do in order to get at least 10 minutes of activity.
Choose a meaningful reward for yourself to keep pushing yourself to the end of the program and beyond.
