On April 5 and 6, the CEHD’s Adult Literacy Research Center (ALRC) co-hosted a virtual conference with a large group of research centers involved in adult literacy. Those centers include:
- German Institute for Adult Education – Liebniz Centre for Lifelong Learning (DIE),
- The Department of Educational and Social Science, University of Cologne,
- And at Pennsylvania State University – The Lifelong Learning and Adult Education Program, Institute for the Study of Adult Literacy (ISAL) and the Goodling Institute for Research in Family Literacy
At the Conference, Daphne Greenberg gave the keynote address: “Adult learners of foundational skills: What do we need to consider?”
