Distinguished University Professor Daphne Greenberg is now chair of the Adult Literacy and Adult Education Special Interest Group (ALAE SIG) of the American Educational Research Association (AERA). According to the AERA website the organization is “dedicated to research, development, policy and practice in adult literacy and adult education. The group takes an interdisciplinary, lifespan perspective on learning and instruction among diverse populations.”
Greenberg will serve a two-year term in this position.
