The Department of Kinesiology and Health’s M.Ed. program in health and physical education was ranked No. 17 in OnlineU’s 2021 Best Online Physical Education Master’s Programs rankings.
OnlineU uses median post-graduate salary data from the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard for its rankings, which highlight programs with a positive 10-year return on investment.
The department’s M.Ed. program, which is designed for Pre-K-12th grade health and physical educators, extends students’ content and teaching knowledge and helps them develop leadership skills that they can apply to curriculum development, program administration and leadership roles at the local school level and in professional organizations at the state, regional and national level.
