Congratulations on participating in D2M! Take a few minutes to think about a goal you want to achieve by the end of the 8-week program. Regardless if you are just getting started or if you have been active for a long time, goals will help keep you moving. Consider a goal of being more physically activity (example: 150 minutes of PA a week) or one that is associated with an outcome of being more physically active (example: reduced blood pressure). When setting goals remember they should be SMART goals.
