The Department of Kinesiology and Health’s sport administration program is proud to announce the first members of its new advisory board.
The Sport Administration Advisory Board, which serves as a link between sport administration program students and the sports industry, is comprised of 23 members who are alumni and friends from various industry sectors in the metro-Atlanta area and around the country. Members lend their expertise by reviewing curriculum and programmatic strategies, mentoring students and helping them to grow their professional networks, supporting program-wide initiatives and more.
The advisory board supports the sport administration program’s efforts to prepare students with professional skills and knowledge to thrive as leaders in the sports industry.
“We are thrilled to announce our relationships with the industry professionals to provide support and insight for our program. Our students will benefit from the extensive experience of the board members,” said Associate Professor Beth Cianfrone.
