The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders was well represented at the recent ASHA Convention in Orlando. Our faculty, students and alumni presented sessions and posters. Julie Washington, Ph.D. received an award for best article of the year in the journal Language, Speech, and Hearing Services in the Schools. Alyssa Marsellos, a second year graduate student in communication sciences and disorders, participated in the Minority Student Leadership Program. Good job CSD!
