Rewards can be anything meaningful to you like new clothes, a massage, sleeping late, a weekend trip and even the feeling of accomplishing a yoga pose or walking a distance you couldn’t just six weeks ago.
Set your weekly goal and think about a reward that will make the work worth it. Learning to give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done can keep you inspired to keep moving!
