Make a list of situations or issues that may have prevented you from being active and what may have helped you.
For any issues you identify, try to think about ways you can overcome them or prepare for them in the future.
Everyone experiences bumps in the road, so if you need to change your goal or your physical activity schedule, now is the time. Keep making changes until you find what works for you!
