Use reminders!
We know you are super busy and it’s easy to lose track of time.
Try using reminders to help you remember your goal and your workouts. Write your goal on Post-it notes and place them around your office, desk, car, or house. Inspirational quotes or pictures may also be a helpful way to remind you of where you want to be by the end of the program.
On the days you plan on being active, set an alarm on your smartphone, watch or desktop to alert you when it’s time to stop what you are doing and go workout. You and your team will benefit!
