Make a plan!
To help you achieve your goal, take a few minutes each day to schedule your physical activity. Find available time to set aside during each day (or most days of the week) even if it is only 10 minutes.
In your calendar, make an appointment that specifies when (date, time of day, and length of time of activity), where (inside, outside, park, recreation center, etc.), and what (walk, run, bike, weights, tennis, basketball, etc.).
And remember, be flexible and forgiving! Things don’t always go as we expect, so it’s ok to have to change your plan, but having a plan can keep you from getting lost during your journey.
