Kelsey Williams is in her first-year of the Mental Health Counseling M.S. program at Georgia State University. Her background is in East Asian Studies and she has a passion for connecting across cultures. Because of this, her long-term career goals are focused on building expertise in working with intercultural couples. Her main research interests include multicultural counseling, couples counseling, intercultural couples counseling and the best practices and techniques for working with these populations.
“I am honored and excited to be a member of the H.O.P.E. Lab team, and to be partaking in meaningful work,” she said. “Older adults are a population full of experiences and wisdom that we can all learn and grow from, and I am humbled to have the opportunity to help explore and promote life meaning with these irreplaceable members of our society.”
