"I understand that as a presenter for the annual Georgia Mathematics Conference, I serve on a contributing basis. The main presenter is granted free registration, but all attending co-presenters are required to register for the conference. I also understand that I will not be reimbursed by GCTM for lodging, travel, or audiovisual equipment rental. The GMC reimburses speakers for materials used in a session, up to $50 for a one hour session and $80 for a two hour session. A form will be sent to speakers to be completed and submitted with actual receipts for reimbursable expenses."
