Services we can provide

• We provide internet access and electronic mail accounts to COE faculty, graduate research assistants, student assistants and staff.
• We provide troubleshooting and support to network related and local printer problems. 
• We provide weekly backups (Monday thru Friday) of all Novell network servers.  
• We provide assistance in virus cleaning of workstations.
• We provide updates to network protocols as a function of college-wide changes.
• We provide a Web Server for the college and provide account creation for those people who are eligible.

Services that we do not provide

• We can only give you software to install locally on your office computer, laptop, or home computer that is legally site licensed.
• We do not load personal software locally on individual computers.
• We are not experts in all of the software.
• We can not provide setups or support for non-networked/non-GSU purchased computers.
