During weekdays, the deck is open during regular business hours, closing at 10:30 p.m. on non-show nights. On show nights, it stays open until 1 hour after the performance ends. On the weekends, the deck opens for Rialto Series shows, starting 2 hours prior to the performance time and closing 1 hour after the performance ends.

To re-enter the deck after hours, use the same Forsyth Street access to the deck. Swipe your parking ticket through the reader on the right side of the double glass doors to gain entry. If there is no attendant at the gate as you drive out, there is another reader at the gate for you to swipe your ticket in order to exit.
