The project consists of:

• Training workshops and courses for Early Intervention personnel and  parents of children who receive services from BCW, using principles based on a family-centered approach and the development of cultural sensibility.
  
• Family involvement so they can participate actively in the Early Intervention program through: the parent educator program, the parent trainers,  the annual conference for BCW parents, and publications in English and Spanish. 
  
• Higher Education Collaborative (HEC)  such as:   Clark Atlanta University, Georgia College & State University,    Georgia Southern  University, Georgia State University,          Medical College of Georgia, North Georgia College & University,  and University of Georgia.
  
• Family Advisory Council a commission conform by parents to review the material produce by project SCEIs.
