A Collaboration of Five Universities
SCEIs is a collaborative of personnel representing various Early Intervention disciplines and Universities throughout Georgia. Each member is responsible for implementation of specific components of Project SCEIs and collaborating with the others.
Project SCEIs is part of Georgia's Comprehensive System of Personnel Development (CSPD) for Babies Can’t Wait (BCW), Georgia’s statewide interagency service delivery system for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. BCW is established by Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
