*One month after receiving her master’s degree, Funmi Adesesan – an alumni of the Master of Science (M.S.) in Educational Research program in the Department of Educational Policy Studies – (a wife, mother of four, and Ph.D. candidate) was promoted within the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice as a planning and policy development specialist to evaluate the effectiveness of the department’s youth development programs.
