Shuaib Mushfiq, an Atlanta native, is a lead systems specialist in the College of Education & Human Development. He earned his bachelor of science degree in computer science from Georgia State University in 2016.
Shuaib’s foundation of technical expertise stems from a hands-on development and leadership background along with project management and implementation experience. He possesses leadership skills from numerous functional areas that include application development, feasibility analysis, integration and administration of business critical systems, merchandising, budgeting, employee/customer relations and scheduling.
Shuaib effectively employs first-rate collaboration and consulting skills to earn the trust and confidence of staff, management and clients by maintaining open channels of communication. His track record illustrates this aspect of successful performance over the past nine years, a trend that he intends to continue long into the future.
Outside of his professional career, Shuaib enjoys outdoor adventures, loves sports (GO FALCONS! GO BRAVES! GO HAWKS!), enjoys playing the tabla (a type of drum), and loves spending time with his dog, Ace. His favorite food is anything cheese related, especially grilled cheese sandwich.
