Adriana Gerena works in the Office of Academic Assistance and Graduate Admissions in the College of Education & Human Development. She’s been with Georgia State since late 2015. Prior to becoming an academic advisor she worked as an admissions specialist in the College of Education and Human Development assisting potential graduate students with the application process.
Before joining the Georgia State team, she worked with and on behalf of students at Clayton State University and the University of West Georgia. During that time, she conducted research, supported students at the writing center, and was an administrative assistant for Instructional Services in the library. Her passions lie in helping others reach their full potential and making contributions to higher education.
