Advising Services

Undergraduate and graduate academic advisors in the Office of Academic Assistance and Graduate Admissions advise students generally and in required administrative procedures of the College of Education. The college encourages students with questions about their degree requirements or academic regulations of the college or university to contact their OAA academic advisor.

Teacher Education and Preparation

The office also clears undergraduate students for the Teacher Education programs throughout the College of Education. The office advises transfer and new students on prerequisites and preparatory classes. After students have accumulated 40 semester hours or more, the office accepts applications, runs required background checks, and follows student progress through graduation.
