Research Wednesdays Speaker Series featuring Dr. Ronald Brown

This week's presenter will be Ronald T. Brown, Professor of Public Health and Dean of the College of Health Professions,at Temple University. His presentation is entitled Sickle Cell Disease: Using an Old Approach for a New Population."
The Research Wednesdays Speaker Series provides a platform for explorations of new ways of conducting and disseminating educational research. The program also provides an opportunity for discussion around new methods of mentoring doctoral students in an effort to enhance their development as researchers. While the series offers COE faculty members and graduate students an opportunity to hear innovative and thought provoking speakers, it also fills an important professional development need by providing access to cutting edge researchers at the state and national levels.
