Technology and Information Systems offers a two-tiered support structure. Technical support is available at the departmental level, and also central support is available for the College of Education. Support staff is available by phone, email, and by alphanumeric pager. For additional support, the GSU Help Desk is also available
*Please keep in mind that Technology and Information Systems does not support off- campus computers, and you must have the original license when requesting support for the installation of new software. Technology and Information Systems does not supply ISP, DSL, or cable modem accounts
