MAJOR AREAS OF INTEREST:
Dr. Cianfrone has two main areas of research interest, (1) sport sponsorship and advertising effectiveness and (2) consumer behavior. With the rising costs and prevalence of sport sponsorships, there is a need to determine the effectiveness of various forms of sponsorships. Her research is aimed to quantify the impacts of various sponsorship mediums and provide theoretical models to describe the consumer behavior related to the sponsorship effect.
