COE 2011 Distinguished Alumnus Award: A Call for Nominations

The College of Education is currently accepting nominations for the 2011 Distinguished Alumnus Award. This award is given annually to a COE alumnus who has made outstanding contributions in his/her profession and in the community. Recipients can be nominated by academic peers, fellow alumni, faculty, staff or students. Self-nominations are also accepted.

 

If you are interested in nominating an alumnus for this award, please submit the following:

  • Letter of nomination
  • Nominee’s vita or resume
  • At least two (but no more than four) letters of support
  • Additional supporting documents (i.e. copies of recent publications, publicity, etc.)

The deadline to submit nomination packets is March 7, 2011. Materials should be mailed to:

Cynthia Kuhlman (M.Ed. ’74, Ph.D. ’80), who currently serves as director of educational achievement for the Cousins Family Foundation, Inc., was the 2010 COE Distinguished Alumnus Award recipient.
