Joyce Many was elected to the board of directors for the National Reading Conference at its annual meeting held in Miami in December 2005.
- Janet Burns received the Outstanding Service Award
Janet Burns received the Outstanding Service Award from the National Association of Industrial and Technical Teacher Educators (NAITTE). Presented once a year, Burns was presented the award on Dec. 10, 2005 at the national conference in Kansas City, Mo.
