Programs
The Urban Literacy Clinic is part of the Language and Literacy Unit within the Department of Middle-Secondary Education and Instructional Technology (MSIT). Work in the literacy clinic is an integral piece of the Reading, Language, and Literacy M.Ed. program that prepares literacy leaders in schools. Opportunities to work in the literacy clinic are also integrated into the initial teacher preparation programs in English Education, Early Childhood Education, Middle Grades Education, and Special Education.
