PhD Workroom / Lounge

The PhD Student Lounge has 13 workstations (one of which is wheel-chair accessible),  two 6-foot round work tables with task chairs, 30 student lockers, and a high-speed LaserJet printer.


The room and equipment is provided for use and convenience of full-time College of Education Doctoral Students only.  To obtain the access code or reserve a locker,  students must bring a completed authorization form to the College of Education, Deans Office, 10th floor, CoE building.  Your College of Education department chair will need to sign your form prior to submitting it to the Deans Office. 

 

Computers are not assigned to any specific user. No student has exclusive access to any one computer.  All computers are available on “first come, first served” basis.

 

Thanks to 2012 GSU Student Tech Fee funds awarded to the College of Education this year two new iMacs, a new laser printer and various software were purchased for both the PCs and the iMacs. Software purchased for the Dells includes the following:
