data on the action plan, and measure the effect of the action plan on stude=

out of the program&#8217;s control; however, we are supportive of efforts to
change state legislation and policy.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp;
</span>Specifically, a full-time internship would be made possible through =
the
availability of &#8220;Provisional Certification&#8221; in educational
leadership.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Under this type of
certification, school districts could identify promising aspiring leaders a=
nd
move them into entry level administrative positions while they complete a
certification program.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Thus, =
the
candidate could work full-time as a paid administrator while fulfilling the
requirements of the practicum.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </spa=
n>We
also plan to develop and utilize a mentor training program through the <st1=
