General Test of the Graduate Record Exam (GRE), verbal and quantitative only.

Received a passing score on PRAXIS I
(students with GRE scores of 490 [verbal] and 540 [quantitative] are
exempted from GACE I requirement). |

Provide three recommendations: one
academic or professional, one personal, and one from a current or past
supervisor. |

(300-500 words). |

Interview successfully with mathematics education and
mathematics faculty who work with the TEEMS program. |
