Last week in Houston at the 9th Annual Sport Marketing Association Conference, recent Sports Administration graduate, Matthew Blaszka, won the Sport Marketing Association Best Student Paper Award.
Blaszka's paper, "An Examination of Sport Consumers' Twitter Usage," was his thesis completed in May under the supervision of Dr. Beth Cianfrone . Blaszka is currently a first year doctoral student at Indiana University with a research focus in sport communication.
