The College of Education and the Department of Counseling & Psychological Services hosted a posh retirement reception for Dr. Kenneth Matheny on Thursday, September 15, 2011 in the Georgia State University Student Center. As a founding member of the CPS Department, Dr. Matheny has rendered 45 years of outstanding service to the College of Education and the University.
